1. When will I get my Load?
Approved customer's load will be provided immediately after payment approval. A
verification email will also be sent.
2. The load is not for me. How will my friend, family member, or business
partner receive the load?
You can choose to have loadmebaby.com email the card number and pin to the person you are buying it for so they can unlock their own phone immediately.
3. When will this load expire?
Pin Codes and Passwords have no expiration. You can Buy Load Me Baby
Cards and give them as gifts in the future with no worries about the
card not working. Unlike other providers, load me baby allows you to
load your phone at your leisure. Please consult your phone provider to
learn about their individual rules of expiration after the card and pin
have been entered into the phone.
4. I have bought 500 load before from other companies and only received 450?
Yes, companies who “load your phone for you” can only send 150 increment loads at a time. In small print they state that a 500 load purchase will only get 450. What a scam!
5. Is there shipping or taxes?
There are no additional shipping charges or hidden fees.

14. Someone stole my credit card and used it on your website, what should I do?
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We prosecute fraud to the fullest extent.

16. I have been approved, and I want to make a second purchase, but I cannot place the order. What should I do?
Because our website is so easy to use, it is a target for credit card thiefs. In order to protect Load Me Baby from fraudulent purchases, second orders are limited. We do not allow second orders for a period of time that would allow a person who had a stolen credit card used on Load Me Baby to report the card stolen, rendering it useless.

17. A girl online is asking me to buy load, what should I do?
We are not affiliated with any "organized" or "unorganized" filipina chat syndicates.
We recommend you use your instincts. 500 peso load is cheap and lasts a long time. No girl needs 2500 load.

18. I am frustrated, I need load, and nothing is working for me. Why can't you sell me load?

That is correct! We will call you before your order is verified. No Exceptions! Be prepared! If you are sneaking around chatting with Filipinas while your wife is sleeping, our phone call might just wake her up!
20. What is the moral of the story?
We only want "perfect" customers. We do not accept orders originating from the Philippines. You must pass our stringent tests to be approved.
